Managing a portfolio of fifteen large, multi-national German companies, overseeing the daily
running of their bank accounts which has established fluency of formal written and spoken
business German. Principal tasks involve monitoring large money movements, investigating
client specific questions, being responsible for long standing client topics and updating
account information. Working in a fast paced, high pressured environment due to the urgent
nature of the financial sector, where there is little room for error. Timely escalation of cases is
key. Servicing client base over the phone, by email and travelling to Germany to meet clients
in person. Task prioritisation for managing ongoing topics, preparing for client calls and
meetings, handling urgent items, contributing to internal meetings and self study. Moving
