 Philip Pelusi is a leader in the hair care industry with 13 salons in Pittsburgh, a high-end
professional line hair care products, a line of organic hair care products. Currently, I was
the managing executive in charge of daily operations for Philip Pelusi®
Professional
Products. I worked side by side with the president sourcing, designing, manufacturing and
marketing of a professional hair care line. I was responsible for direct sales to salons, direct
sales to distributors, direct sales to individual, mail order and internet clients. I worked as
liaison between the president and various aspects of media including maintaining a daily
relationship with pr agencies and media outlets. I worked with vendors and suppliers. I
also provided sales consultations for distributor reps, organize educational events,. I
supervised employees in the professional products division. Iwas responsible for client
acquisition and retention.. I functioned as a second brain for the president and assisted in a
myriad activities related to the success of the business. Strong computer skills, organizing
events and educational events and Fashion Week. A confusion specialist working in
tandem with the President.
