• Articles on health and diet, fashion tips, and reader stories.
• Large serif title at the top of the front page of the magazines.
• Large mid shot-longshot of a celebrity/model wearing a stylish dress.
Image takes up the whole page. Used to show the whole outfit. The models
are usually aged 20-35 which I would say is the target audience for these
types of fashion magazines.
• Subtitles down the two sides of the page giving a brief insight into what the
magazine covers in the issue.
• Colour scheme usually consists of 3-4 bright colours.
• Quotes and exclusive interviews used as the main selling point of the
magazine

3. • The models on the front cover are all looking straight at the camera.
This is done to capture peoples attention when they are on the stand
in the shop as it has the effect of the models looking at you.
• The models wear a lot of makeup to make them look more glamorous
which appeals to the audience as they want to look like the models.
• As well as makeup, editing would have been used to get rid of the
models imperfections.
• High key lighting is used on the cover to highlight the model’s look
and make them stand out.
