As supervisor and project coordinator, w as responsible for all of the follow ing:
Provide prompt and reliable service to departmental staffs (clients) concerning all of their communication and computer
needs. Coordinate design, installation, and implementation w ith key personnel.
Supervise personnel; evaluate and maintain standards, prepare quotes, order equipment, approve invoices, and
formulate budget recommendations.
Coordination of all major installations, moves, upgrades and repairs including instruction on the standards of all types
of communication systems serviced by CTC TRS l&M.
Work closely w ith vendors and contractors on installations to ensure proper completion. Prepare checklist for each job
and track all w ork on a daily, w eekly and monthly basis. Maintain quality control on all jobs that are assigned. Review all
invoices for details and accuracy. Perform a w alk-through upon job completion w ith key contact person.
Provide technical support to employees and contractors.
Prepare quotes and forms for ordering materials for jobs that are under construction.
Assist w ith assigning contractors their job duties and document and report any problems.
