Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Lead Technician, Installation/Construction Coordinator, PBX Installer, V.0.1.P., Wi-Fi, Cable Splicer
,Netw orking, and Training instructor. Responsible for dispatching contractors and developing standards, documentations and
Manuals, checking quality control including project management. Have completed multiple certifications in over 32 telecommunication
systems, various Microsoft softw are courses, and a computer upgrading and repair college course. I have been assembling and
repairing computers for over 10 years. I am proficient in analyzing and replacing hardw are components, softw are, and all related
devices.

1990 to present: Field Coordinator (Supervisor} - Harris County Central Technology Center, Telecommunications & Radio

As supervisor and project coordinator, w as responsible for all of the follow ing:
 Provide prompt and reliable service to departmental staffs (clients) concerning all of their communication and computer
needs. Coordinate design, installation, and implementation w ith key personnel.
 Supervise personnel; evaluate and maintain standards, prepare quotes, order equipment, approve invoices, and
formulate budget recommendations.
 Coordination of all major installations, moves, upgrades and repairs including instruction on the standards of all types
of communication systems serviced by CTC TRS l&M.
 Work closely w ith vendors and contractors on installations to ensure proper completion. Prepare checklist for each job
and track all w ork on a daily, w eekly and monthly basis. Maintain quality control on all jobs that are assigned. Review all
invoices for details and accuracy. Perform a w alk-through upon job completion w ith key contact person.
 Provide technical support to employees and contractors.
 Prepare quotes and forms for ordering materials for jobs that are under construction.
 Assist w ith assigning contractors their job duties and document and report any problems.
 Dispatching Harris County employees and contractors.
 Responsible for cabling for voice, data and fiber. Am familiar w ith all types of jacks, w iring, terminations and connections .
Know ledgeable w ith Relay Rack standards, hubs, patch panels and connectivity. Trouble shoot and repair from jack to
patch panel and end-to-end testing. Design relay rack layouts and telephone closets. Create detailed draw ings for
electrical, lighting, paneling, air-control and locations of telephone and data drops.
 Merged into the Netw ork Group and started w orking on numerous sw itches, Routers, Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN equipment.
 Worked on extensive Documentation Manual on step by step instructions on how to install County Wireless Controllers
and Access Point devices.
1986 -1989: Lead Technician - Regency Telecom - Houston, Texas
Responsible for installation, additions, moves and changes of equipment. Service repairs on Toshiba, Telrad, SRX, Strata S,
Strata Se, Strata IV, Strata IVe, Strata XII, Strata Xlle, Strata II, Strata XXe, Telrad 616, 1232, 3260, 2460, Toshiba
Perception, Perception II, and the new Perception II expansion cabinet SRX.
