response/resolution time breaches are strictly complied with by each NetOps Functional Groups in the

 Drafting and review ofNetwork Operations Business Processes which includes but not limited to
Business Continuity &Disaster Recovery, ServiceLevelManagement Policy/Process,SiteAccess Management,
Facilities Management Policy/Processes, and Radio Station License Monitoring Guidelines.
 SPOC for ensuring thatManaged Service& TSAvendors aremanaged according toagreed SLA/TSA
