• Concision: Concision must be taken under
consideration before creating any piece of
writing. To be brief and to the point is what is
required of a writer.
• Clarity: Clarity of content is necessary as it
requires a writer to make correct judgments and
present clear facts. It is essential as it makes
the essence of any writing and would not lead to
ambiguities.
