Managed a direct team of 19 and over saw a department of 60. I maintained queue statistics
for the department and for the team. I administered coaching, qc’ing of calls, adherence, and
assisted CSR’s with functions of their daily jobs including handling escalated calls. I assisted in
the interviews and hiring process. I trained incoming classes as well as developing and
maintaining training materials. I served on our Social Committee planning Team Building
Activities and company parties.
Customer Service Specialist 2014
Processed billing, refunds, troubleshooting accounts with incorrect billing, Chargebacks, and deposits, worked
with developers on system and account issues.
Customer Service Representative 2009 - 2014
I answered inbound calls for private market dental insurance which included quoting plans,
enrollments, billing and payments, troubleshooting claims, processing new claims, gave
benefits to dental offices, troubleshooting websites and toolkits. Assisted in training new
classes, developed materials for the department and training, processed refunds, billing
issues, deposits, assisted other CSR’s with questions in regards to products, claims, billing and
computer and system issues.
