CVS #7564 and now at #2560. Awarded many "Value in Action" points for outstanding
customer service. Consistently high scores in the "My Customer" metrics. Worked at many
CVS pharmacies as needed to fill in for vacations or call outs. Has worked at Front Store
positions as necessary. Trained in WIC transactions.
In January, February and March of 2016 trained CVS in Target pharmacy staff on the the
CVS computer system, workflow and customer service. In May 2016 went to Minnesota to
facilitate a CVS in Target transition.

Teaches elementary Sunday School and works on various committees at First Presbyterian
Monroe, NC; hiking, kayaking, cooking and reading.

As a former member of the Union County Women's Leadership Coalition I worked with other members to
create the curriculum and structure of each yearly event. This committee's conferences focus is on building
leadership and communication skills in the attendees.
I have facilitated focus groups, worked in groups and one on one to introduce new methods and industry
based software.
I am a trainer for the CVS in Target transitioning pharmacies project. I was on the team to train the first
market to convert. This included developing the techniques and solving the technical issues to make future
conversions easier.
