• Staffed team and launched $927M Program for North African Air Defense system. In 2013 delivered over $300M
in sales, $60M in Margin and collected over $425M in Cash.
• Led teams focused on re-building business backlog – generated major proposals resulting in over $2B currently in
source selection
• Led Team that earned $20M overdue milestone payment for Egypt and positioned future payments by securing
$180K contract amendment for additional scope
• Directed effort that corrected problem Programs with TPS-63 in Kuwait, leading to successful contract closeout

Senior Vice President, Products and Services – Aether Systems, Inc.
• As Corporate Officer, hired and managed organization of ~225 employees to deliver customer facing services,
managing an expense budget of approximately $30m annually. Routinely communicated plans and directions to
Corporate Board and Leadership Team.
• Lead teams and created infrastructures for a wireless ASP hosting service for Aether product, user customer
support call center (~30 people), and fulfillment. Created Service Level Agreements for all areas.
• Developed strategic direction and created and managed organization and infrastructure to deliver shared
services for purchasing, facilities, business systems and IT infrastructure for 1,400 employees.
• Planned, implemented and managed direction for business systems supporting over 50,000 subscribers and led
the team that installed systems for automated order entry, provisioning, CRM and billing.
• Planned the development and commissioning of a $20m Network Operations Center in Phoenix, AZ.
• Integrated business functions and personnel from 9 acquisitions in 18 months, assimilated functions closing 4
facilities resulting in the elimination of an estimated $4m in annual expense.
• Created capital management process and responsible for $50m capital budget.
1996 – 1999
APG-66/68 Radar Programs - Northrop Grumman Electronics Systems and Sensor Division
• Directed all aspects of Northrop Grumman airborne fire control radar product for F-16 aircraft. Over 4000 systems
have been fielded from 1975 to the present, and the product remains a major contributor to division profitability.
• Responsible for preserving profitability while positioning product upgrades and enhancements.
• Accountable to contribute $240M in sales, $130M in orders and $50M in margin in 1999.
• Directed all aspects of product development, marketing, contracts, manufacturing, quality and logistics.
• Established program’s strategic business direction and consequently managed resources to these objectives.
• Controlled all facets of Foreign Military Sales including export control compliance, negotiating and achieving offset
objectives for foreign governments, and constructing alliances with international entities. Major customers
included Lockheed Martin, US Air Force and the Air Forces and governments of Israel, Greece, Portugal,
Singapore, Turkey, South Korea, Egypt, and Chile.

Department Manager, APN-241 – Northrop Grumman Electronics Systems and Sensor Division
• Managed new low cost weather/navigation radar product line developed for military a well as commercial air
transport markets.
• Responsible to deliver $30M in sales, $40M in orders and $4M in margin per year. Achieved an average sales
growth rate of 20% per year.
• Directed all aspects of engineering product development, marketing, manufacturing, quality control, warranty
administration, and field support. Major customers included Lockheed Martin, the Federal Aviation
Administration, the US Air Force, and the Air Forces of the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Italy, and
Portugal.
• Formulated a strategic plan that increased sales to $50M/yr by 1997, through the introduction of new products
and expansion into new foreign and domestic markets.
1992-1993
Radar Programs Manager - Westinghouse Electronics Systems Group
• Responsible for all aspects of the AN/APG-66 radar system including customer interface, proposal preparation,
and controlling manufacturing and assembly costs.
• Managed $45m in sales while directing logistics and engineering, maintaining configuration and quality control.

A-12 Radar Operations Manager - Westinghouse Electronics Systems Group
• Directed al aspects of manufacturing for development radar antenna including product transition from
engineering, material procurement, assembly, test, and cost.
• Introduced new antenna to the factory and delivered the first tested unit in 16 months (nominal delivery – 32
months). Project budget was $700k in material and 3,000 hours in touch labor per antenna – 14 were ordered.

Over 4000 systems have been fielded from 1975 to the present, and the product remains a major contributor to division profitability. • Responsible for preserving profitability while positioning product upgrades and enhancements. • Accountable to contribute $240M in sales, $130M in orders and $50M in margin in 1999. • Directed all aspects of product development, marketing, contracts, manufacturing, quality and logistics. • Established program’s strategic business direction and consequently managed resources to these objectives. • Controlled all facets of Foreign Military Sales including export control compliance, negotiating and achieving offset objectives for foreign governments, and constructing alliances with international entities. Major customers included Lockheed Martin, US Air Force and the Air Forces and governments of Israel, Greece, Portugal, Singapore, Turkey, South Korea, Egypt, and Chile. 2

Achieved an average sales growth rate of 20% per year. • Directed all aspects of engineering product development, marketing, manufacturing, quality control, warranty administration, and field support. Major customers included Lockheed Martin, the Federal Aviation Administration, the US Air Force, and the Air Forces of the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Italy, and Portugal. • Formulated a strategic plan that increased sales to $50M/yr by 1997, through the introduction of new products and expansion into new foreign and domestic markets. 1992-1993 Radar Programs Manager - Westinghouse Electronics Systems Group • Responsible for all aspects of the AN/APG-66 radar system including customer interface, proposal preparation, and controlling manufacturing and assembly costs. • Managed $45m in sales while directing logistics and engineering, maintaining configuration and quality control. 1988-1990 A-12 Radar Operations Manager - Westinghouse Electronics Systems Group • Directed al aspects of manufacturing for development radar antenna including product transition from engineering, material procurement, assembly, test, and cost. • Introduced new antenna to the factory and delivered the first tested unit in 16 months (nominal delivery – 32 months). Project budget was $700k in material and 3,000 hours in touch labor per antenna – 14 were ordered.
