Asked by CEO to solve the chronic service and inventory issues of DEK’s after-market business. Acquired P&L

Product Management: Re-orientated the Consumables strategy from commodity to applications science

Recruited to solve the chronic materials shortage issues which were source of downtime in JIT factory and re-organize 
and improve the productivity of the purchasing function. Highlights… 
- Re-organized supply to Plants via Supplier web-site. Plan, Make and source functions were liberated, 
resulting in substantial reductions in down-time, and corresponding improvements in cellular flow.
