• Empowered Official for Divisions Department of State Licensing & Agreements. Responsible for
division-wide compliance of government regulations regarding ITAR, ATF, DOD, and CFR 49.
• Responsible for the Department of State approval, implementation, maintenance and compliance
of all Manufacturing Licensing Agreements, and Technical Assistance Agreements.
