- Reduced the month end cross-check and reconciliation process by 2 working days
- Saved around $6000 annual levy surcharge by separating levy surcharge rate from early bird rate
- Created links between the car park volume daily report to the car park manager’s forecast report to monitor the

- Identified and retrieved around $22000 cash transaction missing in the banking process by cash reconciliation and
working with car park staff and collection company
