skills. I have been in the customer service field for 20 years, and I have a strong desire to serve other. I am

Vons Deli Assistant Manager 2010- Present
Customer Service, Cashiering, POS, Inventory, Schedule writing, Stocking, Ordering products. Maintain
cleanliness according to ECOLab requirements. Training of new employees.
Crash Inc., Receptionist/Volunteer 2009-2010
Communication of messages taken for employees as directed by administration department. Messages
were to be taken accurately without violating confidentiality of clients in the program. Filing of papers, and
simple office cleaning.
AppleOne Data Verifier 1998
This temporary position was for a credit company, duties I conducted during this temporary assignment
included; verifying information given by applicants prior to being approved for renting an apartment.
Required outward calling of to landlords and employers both current and previous(up to two years). This
required accuracy of note taking, documentation of all communications between myself and the employers
or previous landlords. Computer skills were needed.
Blockbuster Customer Relation Coordinator March ‘96-Sept’97
Duties performed varied: customer service, using in home software to locate movies requested by
customers. Heavy cash handling, bank deposits and such. Accurate counting of drawers during start of the
day, end of day, and during shift changes. Never short or over more than $0.05. Opening of new
customer accounts. Collection of overdue account balances and late movies (fees varied from $5 to $145
sometimes higher) .This was done timely and efficiently (Able to recover the fees and the movies as my
skills improved). Also responsible for inventory once a month and the training of new employers.
