I am the type of person that youare requiring for this position. I am very smart, very unique individual at work and at home. Professional on the phone,
knowing just about all the computer systems to date. Am loyal to the company that I am working for, dependable, responsible on what I am doing with my
life and at work, giving respect to everyone that I have come into contact with, cool under pressure, knowing what to do to get things done right the first
time. I have 12 years of experience in a fast pace environment, knowledgeable on multi-lines, filing, faxing, copying, scanning, greeting clients into the
office and having a great smile to greet them. I have leadership for several years. Great personality, Great care-free spirit. Plus I am the HOSTESS

The agencies I am currently working for are Adecco, HKA Staffing, Express. I have started at Adecco in December of 2013. They would call me if I am available to work that
day or week ahead. They would give me a job assignment that would last from one day assignment, up to a week, or possibly a few months. Depending on the job
assignment, the duties would include Answering phones, Greeting Clients / Customers, Filing, Faxing, Scanning, Scheduling appointments with managers to regular staff
members, Data Entry, Scheduling repairs for the machines if they need to be fixed. Emailing people that needed important information, Scheduling meals for the meetings that
day or that coming week. Scheduling boardrooms on Microsoft Outlook system, making sure that the area I work in is cleaned and organized, Ordering supplies if needed.
Signing packages and helping other staff members.
Second agency I am working with is Express Staffing, I have started working with them in September of 2014. They would call me if I am available to work that day or week
ahead. They would giveme a job assignment that would last from one day assignment, up to a week, or possibly a few months. Depending on the job, the assignment, the

great hostess to these companies that want me back when they need someone to cover them once again. I have team leadership for several years.
