OBJECTIVE
I am seeking a csr position with a focus on customer service in a field where I can help
people. I want to be able to utilize my 20 years of experience in customer service to
assist people in a setting that will help others. I have extensive computer and office
machine experience including multi phone line experience and one on one customer
service in office experience. Utilizing my office skills is also a goal for my next job
opportunity.

Customer service rep for Morgan Insurance for 12 years, I worked with 10 companies and
handled all changes and payments for personal lines. I also gathered info and processed
paper work for new policies via the various company websites. The main focus of my job
was customer service. I utilized faxing, e-mailing and scanning to make changes to policies.
