1. I have a solid background in customer service area. I have been working for
different multinational companies in the order and customer service
departments. I have been working on BTB and BTC levels providing high
quality customer service experience.
In my previous jobs, duties mainly covered answering queries, creating
customer profiles, solving problems raised by customers, following up
escalations via different channels (live chat, phone or email).
I have been working in positions that required a lot of responsibilities and I
always approach critical situations rationally in order to find the best solution
to the problem.
