3.  Responsible for to maximize the availability our equipments Like CRUSHER ,VRM, BALL
MILL,KILN,UTILITIES., through the way of effective accidental free equipment
maintenance with identification of diagnostic parameter & condition monitoring through
sufficient consumption of power and spares.
 Responsible for Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance
schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and
production.
 Attend to major breakdowns and provide guidance to subordinates on troubleshooting and
repair techniques
 Ensure safety of the plant to minimize direct exposure to Heat & Dust, through
compliance with air and water pollution standards and arrangement of regular inspections
 Planning of necessary spares required for the section for smooth running with out any
breakdown.
 Responsible to take Vibration reading & interpretation and analyzing with graph Training
and guiding teams on towards identifying factors critical to quality, reducing process
variation, improving capabilities, etc.
 Identifying areas of obstruction / defects and conducting service and repair to rectify
the equipments through the application of troubleshooting tools.
 Inspection spare parts and certification of GRN in stores
 To contribute towards high level of ISO And TPM & 5s activities in our working areas.
