chassis and suspensions components like stabilizer bar, stabilizer link, knuckle steering,
leaf spring and its bushes.
o Responsible of diagnosing and repair of Manual transmission troubles like gears not
engage, sliding of clutches and slip synchronizes gears, shafting and bearing noise.
o Responsible to perform a job in troubleshooting and repair Automatic Transmission and
its components such as Torque converter, planetary gears and Oil pump, Reverse clutch
piston, Clutch balancer, Direct clutch disc, Brake disc, Brake Piston, and active proficient
to remove and return intermediate shaft and center planetary sun gear, and Front
planetary ring gear enhance more knowledge to troubleshoot and repair the electrical and
electronic device like control module, valve solenoids, gear set reading indicator, Fluid
temperature sensor and speed sensor.
o Responsible for a job of diagnosing and repair of transaxle modules to fixed program and
parameters in reference of PC scanner or Intelligent Tester II , a module for 4 Wheel
Drive (4WD) and All Wheel Drive (AWD) to secure the compatibility access in Engine
Control Unit (ECU) so as to gained normal driving condition.
o Responsible to repair Air suspension equip with Electronic Air Suspension (EAS) and
calibrate the height levelling device to its module .in reference to use PC scanner by the
performing air bleeding & air inflating charge of each spring plus with Electronics
Control Slippage (ECS).
o Proficient to use special tools for mechanical works such as in engine overhaul like
torque wrench in units of( N-m, Ft-lb, Kg-cm) Dial indicator gauge, bore gauge,
micrometer caliper, Vernier caliper use to be sure the engine will done in reference of
manufacturer specifications such as piston protrusion clearance, axial and thrust standard
bore diameter, and bearing oil clearances.
o Responsible to repair complete harness and arranged electrical circuitry.
e.g., burned connectors and wiring harness, set-up relays in any related application.
o Responsible for a job in reference by Diagnostic System Module (DSM) PC scanner
device applied to electronically loaded vehicle technology.e.g., Reprogramming Engine
Control Unit (ECU), Install and set up immobilizer; transmitter & transponder device,
Reprogram TCU equip with AWD and 4WD.
o Knowledge in Microsoft office such as MS Word, Excel and basic Power Point.
o Responsible to test drive the vehicle to examine and determine the nature of trouble as to
extend the proved problem to client as to be repair.
o Strong ability to discuss the description of fault with the customer and briefly explain the
trouble has been diagnosed.
o Responsible to repair and eliminate in reference of PC scanner device of any
unconditional fault in electronic device such as appear in cluster indication lamp like
ABS, EAS,4WD or AWD, water in fuel separator system and engine oil pressure and oil
level sensor.
o Responsible and more knowledge in computer reprogram to immobilizer ignition system
o Responsible to repair any fault in starting and charging system enhance electronic fuel
injected technology such as engine no cranking, hard starting, refuse to start and battery
not charging.
o Can be able to interpret through explanation the technical diagram and circuitry system
o Responsible to maintained and repair light vehicles and Bus HVAC insufficient cooling,
gas leak, compressor recondition and repair, troubleshoot and repair electrical and
electronic control for Passenger Bus Vehicle with Sub- engine Powered A/C (Power Pack

system work from supply pump, relief valves, swings to boom cylinder to travel pump
under electrical system to Mechatro controller device. and Engine perform proper
check-up and tune-up like proper checking and maintenance of turbo charger before
and after cooler, oil level, water cooling in radiator if within an specified mixture of
water and coolant ratio .Be specific in time of replacement of Engine oil, Oil filter, fuel
filter and Air filter. And check visually the hydraulic oil level and viscosity status when it
is in every operation.
3. Performing preventive maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical Equipment in
Accordance with standardized procedures.
4. Troubleshoot, Replace and/or Repair machine components including Cylinders,
Pumps, Motors,
5. Performing welding, sheet metal fabrication more on machinery equipment like
attachment, body frame, chains and roller, bucket and its attachment, and bucket links
support.
6. Proficient in testing hydraulics and electrical equipment and systems (Involves circuit,
Relay logic, wiring and servo drives)
