Pattern of subdivision layout:
 Monsurabad Niribili Abason project-5is mainly based on the
combination of modified grid pattern and cul-de-sec pattern
 In this site the utility facilities are very accessible
 Road networking system are well arranged
 All kind of activities center are located corner of the project
 The total area of the site is surrounded by trees and enough space
on road divider for greenery
32
Road Network:
 Primary roads: Primary roads are 50ft wide with 5ft each side of
the road for footpath,17ft each side for traffic and middle of the
road there is 6ft road divider
 Secondary roads: Secondary roads are 30ft wide with 4ft each side
of the road for footpath,9.5ft each side for traffic and middle of
the road there is 3ft road divider
 Area provided for total road network 391691.5sq.ft =8.998 acres.
33
Roof Gardening:
1)There is enough space for roof gardening in the top floor of every
building
2) Considering 10% of building tax every building should have roof
garden on the top floor of the building.
3) Roof garden is an important feature of our design considering
environment factor.
34
Equal housing opportunity:
Property owners and managers are subject to the federal
Fair Housing Act, which prohibits "any preference,
