• Timely process and arrange settlement of all types of claims within 45 days as per company policy
• Issuance of stock transfer letters to distributors and its follow-up till its transfer and record

• Process institutional order after checking order quantity and relevant documents of institutional
distributors or institution in case of direct supply
• Forward it to Inst. dept. for rate verification and other information
