♦ Manage large and complex projects within our Research division and perform the PM and BA role for all projects.
♦ Serve as technical and business liaison between our IT group and internal business units for all data requirements.

♦ Build and manage a team of high producing analysts supporting analytics, warehousing, and dashboards for all business units
♦ Serve as technical and business liaison between Strategic Technology Group and internal business units for all data requirements.
♦ Develop and manage strategic reporting initiatives; follow throughout project’s entire lifecycle.
♦ Develop, test, implement, and manage tactical and strategic reporting for all Sales and Sales Operations channels globally. Translate
business needs into technical requirements usable by systems development.

Acquisitions Analyst II and Activation’s Supervisor: AT&T Wireless Services

♦ Responsible for converting acquired market customers from their existing support systems to the national support systems used by
AT&T Wireless Services. Develop requirements and map data elements from existing systems to AT&T Wireless systems.
♦ Perform review of existing systems to determine gaps and identify resolution to gaps to minimize customer impacts.
♦ Identify and develop requirements for all reference data required and setup to support acquired market’s product and service
offerings in AT&T Wireless’ systems.

♦ Develop, implement, and maintain National Acquisitions project and test plans to ensure acquisition project timelines are met,
affecting all business units.

♦ Successfully transitioned call center roles and responsibilities from Minneapolis to Oklahoma City.
