PM Owners multiple 14 + Regional Office remodels 5,500 to 10,000 SF each thru out the State of KY
PM Owners State Office Building > 112,650 SF of 4 floors of total renovation
State office Renovation approximately 18 months, over 400 employees relocated and returned
Manage OAC weekly meetings, producing Agendas and Minutes
Work with design architect for project scope and timing monitoring changes and owner approvals
Review Construction plans and document changes for Regional & State Offices
Develop critical path schedules and monitor Contractor progress for Regional & State Office Remodels
CM Owner build out, 20,000 SF,for temporary space for relocating departments during Headquarters renovation
CM contracts of all subcontractors and process all payment for build out project
Manage all Owner vendors (13 on each project) Purchase Orders/Scope & Payments realizing 10-15% savings
Manage over $7,000,000 of 350 Owner Purchased items for 2016-2018
Maintain Corporate internal employee departmental status for relocation
Organize Departmental Moves
Organize Existing Furnishings for Sale and or Donations for Regional & State Offices
Establish New Sign Image program for all Regional Offices and Execute
2017 Annual Spending buget monthly - Establish, Document and Monitor/Report
2018 Annual Budget Forcast for Remodel Spending-Established, Document and Monitor
