Citibank have their in house applications for performing Name screening task for all their

¨ My role is to build the WebSphere infrastructure to hold the applications for different regions
and different environments like DEV, SIT, UAT and PROD/COB.

Responsibilities:
I was responsible for all the installtions, deployment and maintanance of Applications on Oracle
Fusion Middleware mainly with WebLogic 10.3 on which the core banking applciation will be

¨ My role involved creating of new Domains in WebLogic, creating Managed servers,
clustering and Deployment of applications on the servers in various environments of Dev,

My responsibilities as L2 support person in the application support team was to handle the
issues occuring on day to day basis. Monitoring the tasks at high level and maintaining the SLAs.
During the event of any issue follow up on the issue and coordinate with concerned teams for
faster resolution of the incident and restore the environment in the shortest possible time and
with minimum business impact.
¨ I was the contact person for the local Appsupport teams and local SL3 for faster resolution of
the issue. For app support or management, I was the direct point of contact for gathering
information from or pasing information to offshore on any issue.
¨ The issues occurred will be tracked in remedy for incidnet management review.
¨ My role as a Production Management team is to review the Incidents occurred during the
incidnet time and if it’s a repetetive incident with known resolution, the action will be taken. If
the incidnet is new, the appropriate teams will be involved in finding the RCA for the incident
and taking action to resolve the issue.
¨ Repeated issues will be forwarded to problem management for further investigation and
permanent fix.
