the University of Pennsylvania where he studied

Biography: Tony leads operations and tech at Parabolic.
Previously, he was at McKinsey in San Francisco,
focusing on tech, software, and healthcare. He has
experience in venture capital, product management, and
finance. Tony graduated from Columbia University
where he studied Computer Science and Behavioral
Psychology.

JACKIE JOYCE
Biography: Jackie leads college coaching and
academic partnerships at Parabolic. Jackie served as
a College Adviser with the College Advising Corps,
where she increased college access and retention
for underrepresented populations. She is the
Director of Graduate Support at West Catholic in
West Philadelphia.

● We are a career coaching and staffing agency that accelerates the recruitment process for both candidates and
companies through our coaching network, university partnerships, software, and commitment to results for our
clients
● We provides full service staffing solutions for Startups, Investment Banks, Private Equity Firms, Consulting Firms,
and Cryptocurrency Firms from Analyst Level to C-Suite Level as well as coaching for students and professionals
interested in these industries
How we do it today (Coaching Business)
Educate candidates on the finance, consulting, and technology industry. We create a personalized job recruiting
strategy to break into the financial services, consulting, and technology industries
Share Parabolic database that explains the nuances of the job recruiting process from interviewing to networking.
This includes a list of jobs to apply to that is updated on a regular basis
Oversee the entire application and networking process and provide a dedicated team of successful coaches who
are full-time employees in the industries of interest
Provide Unlimited resume and cover letter reviews to help students and young professionals get more interviews
by beating the ATS system used by companies. This is what will prevent as many auto-rejection emails
Leverage staffing relationships to help students and young professionals get direct access to hiring managers. This
enables us to give our coaching clients more direct exposure and negotiate offers on behalf of our clients

How we do it (Staffing Business)
Recession resistant with diversified revenue streams
1. Coaching Products Revenue: The clients get a personal guide throughout the recruiting process: providing
insight and increasing client preparedness to maximize the client’s ability to succeed. We charge an upfront
payment and a percentage of the internship/job salary when client gets an offer. We have a similar model for
College advising, Executive coaching, and Entrepreneurship coaching
2. Software and Courses Revenue: We are launching a coding bootcamp to help funnel our staffing business
needs as well as a Parabolic Learn platform similar to Varsity Tutors that will get users access to on-demand
coaching on our network. Courses range from financial modeling to certifications that are key for adult learning.
The MVP of the platform is built and we are working on building out content.
3. Staffing Agency Revenue: We charge the employer 25% of compensation for each placement and a retainer in
addition to this. We have used flexible pricing to help founders and funds accelerate their growth
4. Consulting Revenue: We design and execute the recruitment process through client engagement, candidate
management, pre-employment screening, and recruitment analytics and support. We charge a monthly retainer
fee. We have also provided consulting services, written job descriptions and helped with market intelligence
We have gone to market with both B2C and B2B businesses that complement each other in order to remain
recession resistant. In Q2 2022, firms were laying off employees and pausing hiring. We were able to grow by
shifting focus on B2C and getting people jobs in a tougher market.

capped fees, instituted payment deferral programs, and are flexible with placement rates
in order to ensure the best hiring decisions are being made.

Software and Courses Revenue: We are launching a coding bootcamp to help funnel our staffing business needs as well as a Parabolic Learn platform similar to Varsity Tutors that will get users access to on-demand coaching on our network. Courses range from financial modeling to certifications that are key for adult learning. The MVP of the platform is built and we are working on building out content. 3. Staffing Agency Revenue: We charge the employer 25% of compensation for each placement and a retainer in addition to this. We have used flexible pricing to help founders and funds accelerate their growth 4. Consulting Revenue: We design and execute the recruitment process through client engagement, candidate management, pre-employment screening, and recruitment analytics and support. We charge a monthly retainer fee.
