Previously, he was at McKinsey in San Francisco,
focusing on tech, software, and healthcare. He has
experience in venture capital, product management, and
finance. Tony graduated from Columbia University

Biography: Jackie leads college coaching and
academic partnerships at Parabolic. Jackie served as
a College Adviser with the College Advising Corps,
where she increased college access and retention
for underrepresented populations. She is the
Director of Graduate Support at West Catholic in
West Philadelphia.

1. Coaching Products Revenue: The clients get a personal guide throughout the recruiting process: providing
insight and increasing client preparedness to maximize the client’s ability to succeed. We charge an upfront
payment and a percentage of the internship/job salary when client gets an offer. We have a similar model for
College advising, Executive coaching, and Entrepreneurship coaching
2. Software and Courses Revenue: We are launching a coding bootcamp to help funnel our staffing business
needs as well as a Parabolic Learn platform similar to Varsity Tutors that will get users access to on-demand
coaching on our network. Courses range from financial modeling to certifications that are key for adult learning.
The MVP of the platform is built and we are working on building out content.
3. Staffing Agency Revenue: We charge the employer 25% of compensation for each placement and a retainer in
addition to this. We have used flexible pricing to help founders and funds accelerate their growth
