Summary
Victor is a Microfinance expert with over four years experience on the job,
employed as an internal control officer in Seap Microfinance Institution in May
2011 and later joined Seedvest Microfinance Bank Limited, in February 2013. He
has broad experience in the running of Microfinance business and lending to the
very active poor from the grassroots and entrepreneurs that are financially
unbanked by the conventional commercial banks. Vast in the business strategies
of micro financing and service operations to execute organizational components
by aligning business opportunities and control measures both internally and
externally to achieve strategic goals in line with best industry practices.
Experienced as an internal control officer, member chartered institute of bankers
of Nigeria and certified professional member of microfinance certified
professional, [M C P], he is vast in collaborating with stakeholders in the business
to implement change and improve the customer’s experience. Result oriented
administrator with managerial ability and skill that will enhance the
accomplishment of my employer’s goals and develop my skills for maximum
input.
KEY OBJECTIVE
To review all internal control processes, systems and policies and make
recommendations to ensure the risk to the business is minimized with a view to
delivering improvement by advising, coaching and facilitating in order to not
undermine the responsibility of management.
Professional dynamism and agility turned me a Business Development Manager
for the same Bank I work as the Head of Internal control unit. A new business

Key Roles & Responsibilities;
Based on the structure of the Bank, I am primarily responsible for driving
profitability of both new and existing customers to the bank by proactively
engaging the customers, understanding and meeting their needs with the full
knowledge of microfinance banking.
Professional competence & responsibilities
Ascertain the reliability and integrity of financial operational information
and the means used to identify, measure, classify and report such
information;
Ascertain the extent to which the bank assets aresafeguarded and properly
accounted for;
Review and evaluate the soundness, adequacy and application of
accounting, financial and other operating controls and promote the
effective control at reasonable cost;
Ascertain the extent of compliance and review the systems established to
ensure compliance with government policies, plans and procedures, laws
and regulations which have impact on operations;
Review operations or programs to ascertain whether or not results are
consistent with the established objectives and goals and whether or not
such programs are being carried out as planned;
Evaluate the quality of performanceof departments, products, services and
individuals in carrying out their assigned responsibilities;
Submission of report reports with corresponding recommendation;
Attendance to meetings, training facilitation within the bank.

Job Description
Identify new businesses in the region and penetrate extensively into them
Acquire and manage customer relationships through pro-active and
consultative approach
Acquire profitable new customers through the creation, development and
maintenance of high quality advisory relationships that includes effective
consultative selling and creative restructuring of financial solutions.
Achieve budgeted growth within agreed and approved business risk
