1. Title: Zero Waste Manager
Location: White Plains-NY
Job Type: Fulltime-Permanent
This role reports to Sr. Director Supply Planning & Strategy and is accountable for the integration &
animation of the total waste initiatives. This individual kicks-off and leads the total waste network.
The incumbent would work to deliver the ambition of reducing waste by 50% in 5 years. Lead a
transversal project team in delivering waste reduction & valorization activities. Follow up on results and
program delivery. Foster a Zero Waste mindset in the organization by animating the program with all
stakeholders.
Job Description:
Build an action plan to reduce and recover waste within the factory & supply chain.
Waste includes Finished Product in supply chain & factories destroyed, donated or sold in
clearance, Milk, Raw & Pack Losses as well as returns/credits of in store waste (retail Buy
Backs).
Analyze causes and impact of waste (cost and volume).
Prioritize actions based on the value and/or the potential to reduce or recover waste.
Project manager of the transversal Zero Waste project team:
Lead the team to deliver the Zero Waste Action plan
Chair weekly project meetings to follow up on execution
Weekly and Monthly monitoring & communication of progress on financial & volume performance
and action plan execution using a Total Waste scorecard.
Report performance on results & action follow up, and escalate issues if needed.
Train all relevant stakeholders on Zero Waste approach using the Zero Waste Finished Products
& Ideal Factory Toolkits and Standards.
Foster a Zero Waste mindset by animating the impact of Waste on Operational Margin and
Sustainability /Carbon impact
Connect with Zero Waste team to build the program & follow up on results.
Challenge organization to drive impact and results.
Leads implementation & change through stakeholders (SCH , Manufacturing)
Educates and raises awareness of total waste initiatives at company level
Requirements:
Education: MSC preferably in Supply Chain Management
Proven track record in Fresh/Dairy planning
Great analytical skills
Relationship/ Network builder
Change agent
Experience with Lean-Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement
Deep knowledge & understanding of Supply Chain Network & planning / Production Planning

2. Title: Sr. Materials Planner
Location: White Plains-NY
Job Type: Fulltime-Permanent
Job Description:
Overall responsibility for material plans for a specified category.
Ensure overall MRP system (both within SAP and in external processes) maintained and overall
system planning is optimized.
Conduct regular consistent reviews of all parameters and update based on new criteria.
Lead & conduct material planning meetings with suppliers, ensuring all material plans are
adequate from DOS and obsolescence targets in the long and short term.
Develop packaging run out plans with information from project managers, supply planning team,
marketing and suppliers to minimize obsolescence and meet project timelines.
Participate in weekly supply planning team meetings with counterparts in finished good planning,
deployment, forecasting and procurement to deliver key KPIs - service, DOS, L&D, forecast
accuracy, material SS, obsolescence minimization and sourcing optimization.
Track and report key KPIs - obsolescence, supplier inventory levels, DIO, service.
Full Responsibility for accurate Materials plans and strategies resulting in superior customer
service and minimized operating costs. Assisting in development of safety stock strategies and
inventory optimization modeling.
Key member of category team representing Material Planner function. Team includes members in
FG planning & deployment planning.
Broad exposure to entire supply chain with direct contacts in both field and headquarters.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science/ Engineering or BBA with Supply Chain knowledge.
5-10 years related experience in Supply Planning in a CPG Industry
Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes and safety stock optimization strategies.
Demonstrated understanding of materials management & supplier management.
SAP/APO knowledge a plus.
APICS certification desired.
Strong project management/organization skills.
