Achievements
1. 2007 to 2011 - Started and managed a fast growing Real Estate company called Saca’s Realty Inc. We out performed the
Keys Company Palmetto Bay branch (A large company) in 2008 and 2009 by number of Realtors and Transactions by
embracing and training the Realtors in short sales. No other Real Estate company wanted to take on short sales in that
period of time. In 2007 The market crashed and we had to position ourselves in a new market niche...short sales
2. 2007 - Implemented and designed the Saca’s Realty web site and added a state of the art “Agent Resource
Center”, a tool for the Realtors to use so they can easily work out of their homes and be more successful.
3. 2001-Started and Designed a drop ship company web site called “Silly Phones”, selling novelty phones (Disney characters
etc), which became so popular we had over 1000 hits in just the first month, grew to over 20,000.00 hits in 6 months and were
the first in the google search engine. We had several orders per day.
4. 1986 - Started a unique delivery service called “Gophers Unlimited” , where I delivered pets to the vet and delivered grocer-
ies for a market of people who were too busy or who were disabled and could not go to the store. I was featured in the Miami
Herald business section in 1987. The business grew fast. I ran the company for three years, used a Toyota cargo van and hired
another employee. I used Lotus 123 for all the individual shopping lists. The groceries items had their own unique numbers so
that the clients would call in their numbers to make their orders fast and efficient. Every number on the list was organised to the
order of aisles in the publix supermarket so we could be efficient and save time.
5. 1999—Implemented a new hand reader system in place of time cards for a large nursery at Lovell Farms. (HR))
6. 2008 and 2010—Election day - Worked for the Miami Dade Elections department as an assistant supervisor - for those two
elections.
7. 2005 Sept to Oct - Volunteered for animal rescue through the ASPCA after hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. Was de-
ployed and stayed in a FEMA camp In Louisiana for two weeks and helped to transport abandoned animals to a safe place.
