Software Project Manager
Responsibilities include supervising software development and integration projects through
all phases of the project life cycle. Conducted project meetings, ensured cost control and
adherence to achieve schedules. Negotiated with cooperators and suppliers; responsible for
quality control, cost cutting, and any other requirements of the project.
 Software Project Management
 Writing proposals in response to RFPs and winning new contracts from private
business sectors. Managing multiple contracts and negotiating new teams for contract
extension.
 Software process development and integration projects through all phases of project

outsourcing.

supplier relationships.
 Cooperating with suppliers to solve any urgent issues from the Customer Service
Center. Working out supplier support processes and rules.
 Owning and delivering the 3rd Software end-to-end software solutions through the
product life cycle.
 Working with internal cross functional teams and external partners; managing
software suppliers to deliver application solutions that meet ASUS’ requirements.
 Seeking, contact and deal up business cooperation with other key Social Network
