Leading the business strategy around the Oildex Platform development working with Technology to define,
build and manage the ongoing evolution of the Platform and architecture. Focused on foundational features, UI and
capabilities as well as other initiatives such as API strategy and 3rd party integration functionality that enable products
and entities to share data. Also responsible for the Data Exchange Product line Product Management, encompassing 6
products and representing ~$40M in annual revenue, managing a team of Product Owners in an Agile environment.
Ultimately responsible for enabling the Oildex Platform to transact over $3B in financial transactions monthly.

partnered with an Oil & Gas executive expert from Shell Oil, formerly a strategist with the USA Presidential

PLUMCHOICE, INC. Denver, CO 2011-2013
Senior Software Product Manager
Recruited internally to drive the overall product management, strategy and execution of a newly acquired
Software Support Automation Platform (TIFIC). In 1.5 years, took over an organically grown product line
with no leadership, realigned product and processes to support company objectives, re-targeted marketplace,
worked closely with an Agile development team, designed new features/functionality to platform components
and relaunched platform resulting in a 30% increase in revenues in the US.

Hired to create the strategy and launch new SMB services; white-labeled Tier 1-3 technical support solutions
for Fortune 50 companies. In 2011, successfully launched 12 new SMB offerings and created new revenue
stream for the organization.
ROGUE WAVE SOFTWARE, INC. Boulder, CO 2006-2009
Senior Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager
Created the product strategy and launched new high performance computing software product line for the
largest independent provider of cross-platform software development tools and embedded components in the
world. Owned the product line P & L, managed cross functional teams, led vendor and partnering efforts, and
all GTM activities for high performing, parallel processing, multi-threaded software applications. Successfully
launched 4 new products in less than two years with a highly technical target market (Senior enterprise
architects and engineers in financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, and government).
Senior Marketing Manager Boulder, CO 2007-2009
After departure of a long-term Marketing director, was asked to step in and take over the corporate marketing
department (in addition to PM role). Owned overall corporate marketing strategy and communications.
Designed and implemented annual marketing plans with a >$1.5M budget. Managed a team of 4 employees
and 6 consultants to execute on campaigns, events, SEO/SEM programs, graphic designers, partner
relationships and joint marketing opportunities. One highlight of success was the complete redesign of the
company website; owned the project plan, layout approval, writing of content and deployment within 100K
project (deployed on time and within budget), that resulted in a 20% increase in site traffic in the first year
after deployment (after Google indexing).
MBA INTERNSHIPS Stockholm, Sweden 2004-2005
Delivered a business and financial strategy to the management team of a biotechnology company; project
focused on issues of growth and competitiveness within the Biotech clusters in Europe.
Created a new business strategy and IT systems management development plan resulting in a 5% (first
year) increase in customers for Sweden's largest retail and commercial bank (Lansforsakringar).
Completed a consulting project that identified, analyzed and resolved managerial issues for Stora Enso, one
of the world’s oldest companies (7 centuries) and largest producers of pulp and paper multinationals.
3. Proposed new business strategy for Wine importing to the CEO of Spendrups AB, one of the largest
producers of beer in the world, in preparation for future EU deregulation on alcohol (1 year project).

Owned the mobile and software products and strategies and launch activities for previously in-house used
software as we went to market with our (previously attained) reseller customers. Managed a cross functional
team of 22 responsible for capturing and documenting system requirements, developing, testing and
implementing; oversaw development of network plan, pricing and billing. Process Engineering; initiated,
created and implemented all SDLC and team processes within the organization.
