Accounting Clerk: Responsible for business activities of Commission Operated Stations
 Duties include downloading & compiling Commission Operated Gas Station reports from Warren Rogers System.
 Checking reports for accuracy and following up with Dealers/Operators of stations troubleshooting to ensure all
reports are completed accurately and ready for submission.
 Entering Daily reports into Risser Factor Data Base.
 Running daily report after submission of all reports is complete and entering info into the Commission Operator
Master Spreadsheet.
 Compiling daily draft for EFT report to submit to Bank.
 Scanning reports into Risser Fortis storage system.
 Weekly Duties include running Accounts Receivables and Aged Detail reports comparing with General Ledger
Journals to reconcile stations Credit Card activities, checking for discrepancies and following up with station
dealers to correct issues/errors.
