Lead work crews in the field on work orders for the painting and repair of existing water towers and tanks. Complete
additional work orders for sandblasting on assignments throughout the Midwest and several Eastern states. Train and
supervise workers on job sites and ensure timely, safe, and quality workmanship. Operate and maintain a wide array of
equipment and machinery. Plan and coordinate daily workload; conduct frequent safety meetings in accordance of
OSHA standards. Address any work deficiencies, apply corrective actions, and generate progress reports.
• Began role as a Painter/Sandblaster and rapidly promoted to Field Foreman within 2-years.
