As a Manager of the West Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley O&A territory I am responsible for:
Profitable growth, growing revenue, gross margin, client share and management of office P&L (Profit
and Loss) statement.
Sales leadership/Management: Developing and coaching consultants/recruiters in opening new
business and increasing client share. The Manager role will be supervising a group of units or a branch.
Sales/Manager duties:
Negotiating the final terms of service/fee structure in regards to current market conditions.
Responsibility of the manager to be the “Example” in hitting sales quotas and lead generation.
Heavy Cold Calls through lead generation,social media, networking and market research.
Structured marketing campaigns to TOP qualifying business.
Consultative approach with proper business “needs” analysis in person or over the phone.
True business partnership approach with industry leading knowledge and training.
Continuing education by attending seminars, company webinars and subscription to Staffing
publications.
Responsible for developing and coaching consultants/assistants in opening new business while
increasing client share through a “lead by example” methodology.
Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of clients and prospects.
Human Resource functionality:
Complete on-boarding of all employees internally/externally working including: benefits, i9 e-
verification and all CA required documents.
Conduct weekly payroll for all internal and external employees working through a multitude of
systems: Peoplesoft, Peoplenet, Fieldglass, Ariba, Provade, Beeline, API, WAND.
Compliance “captain”. Conduct daily checks through generated reports on all employees to ensure they
are fully compliant with CA law. Advanced training/knowledge of ACA and upcoming laws.
Hire/Fire all employees while handling Workers Comp claims, unemployment and ensuring proper
documentation is met for EDD review.
Effectively recruit, screen, interview, assess and hire sufficient candidates to fill open positions through
a myriad of different verticals.
Attend quarterly training sessions/webinars on CA market employer compliance,laws and successfully
passing exams to uphold this knowledge.
