Job description:
Responsible for driving all areas of the business and for leading teams to deliver results.
Details:
Being an assistant manager, I perform many tasks and duties in sales and other department of
the organization.
ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION:
 Coordinating and communicating the activities of various departments concerned with the
supervision of the employee duties
 Following up for car registration and insurance, renewal of labors visa and labor cards.
 Preparing working schedule tasks reporting and sales orders on daily basis.
 Booking tickets and hotel reservations for the company guests, taking full care of them
such as receiving them from airport and making sites visit to direct customers.
 Communicating via sites visiting, emails and telephonic with costumers.
 Managing staff training requirements.
 Delegate work and give tasks to individuals to do.
SALES AND MAINTENANCE:
 Pricing, sales and distribution of product and services maintenance.
 Monitoring competition by gathering current market place information and pricing
products, new products, and delivery schedules.
 Resolve customer’s complaints by investigation problems, developing solutions,
preparing reports and making recommendations and reports to management.
 Responsible in making reports of claims to the main suppliers to analyze machines
problems and communicating through hotline or internet software such as team viewer
and log me in.
 Working with the General Manager to improve operations, sales and profitability.
 Maximizing profits by controlling labor costs and expenses.
 Continuously reviewing and managing team performance.
