1. FT SALES PROFESSIONAL
We are looking for some one who can perform the following:
Selling Skills—Effectively and consistently uses the company’s selling system to build customer relationships
and to achieve business and personal goals.
Builds Relationships and Rapport—Acts with honesty and integrity as he/she builds trust and confidence with
customers and co-workers. That trust strengthens both personal and professional relationships
New Business Development—Seeks to fully understand the business potential of each customer. Listens for
both short-term and long-term opportunities. Fosters lasting customer relationships that result in repeat and
referral business.
Product Knowledge—Develops and maintains an understanding of the general characteristics and applications
of all product categories. Understands and articulates the features, benefits, and warranty information for all
products offered to consumers

Education and/or Experience
High school degree.
PLUS one year of retail sales experience.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Computer Skills
Knowledge of computer operating system software.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to Sales Manager.
Supervises none.
Not exempt from Fair Labor Standards overtime.
Compensation: $Base + Commission, Benefits
