ACHIEVEMENTS
STRATEGIC LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT – Logistics Chief, Afghanistan, Iraq, and US for the
past 10 yrs. Coordinated with external commands for support outside of organic capabilities to include
other American Forces, British, Afghan, Jordanian, and Turkish countries. Serve as contracting officer,
responsible for management of local national laborers, non-tactical vehicles, and all other contracts.
OPERATIONS PLANNING and EXECUTION – As Operations Chief responsible for organization
of operational planning and execution of all tasked assignments from the Operations Officer and higher.
Submitting data, layouts, brief superiors and subordinates. Supervise and orcestrate all operations from
planning phase through completion.
LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT – Successfully led global logistics operations
involving foreign customs and government liaison to FBI, DEA, CIA, and Embassy staff. Developed
and managed the teams that implemented integrated logistics operations in joint forces environments.
Accomplished aggressive, unrealistic missions involving multiple geographic locations, ahead of
schedule. Hands on experience in implementing, managing, and executing effective strategies and plans
within key operational roles.
JOINT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT – Throughout the last 25 years employing experience
through a vast spectrum of joint operation environments. Working with all other services and
organizations in theater. In 2004 through successful planned and establishment of Iraqi National
Assembly Election Official holding sites in Baghdad and Al Asad. While supervising the flight line was
required to react to an IED on a plane which resulted in organizing and creating the new flight line
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which had never been practiced and remain in effect.
BRIEFING and SITUATIONS ANALYSIS – Successfully conducted briefings to Commanding
Officers, and senior officials multiple times daily on operational, logistical, and informational topics.
Proposed plans, objectives, and solutions on topics of classified and unclassified nature. As senior
enlisted advisor, advised senior officials daily of positives and negatives of plans and briefed on
solutions. Worked directly in briefings with Commanders of all levels from Captains to Generals.

TEAMBUILDING - Spearheaded complex operations involving hundreds of employees and 20 direct
reports, supported by strategic alliances. Overall results included successful mission accomplishment
and positive relations with diverse groups of executive leaders, contractors, and laborers. As Combat
Marksmanship Trainer have instructed over 1000 Marines and Sailors in weapons awareness and
required qualification. As Motor Transportation Licensing Officer/Examinator have trained and
licenced qualified drivers from 1996 to present. Well over 1000 licenses trained and issued stateside and

UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS – (1990 to Present)
Logistics Operations Chief
In charge of Combat Logistics Battalion 23 Operational needs from establishing Standard Operating
Procedures(SOP's), coordination and planning Battalion training requirements, to establishing tracking
procedures for all aspects of operations and logistics.
Licensing examiner for the Battalions Motor Transport operators 500+ drivers of all types of vehicles.
Supervised the air/movement cell which executes airfield operation functions and activities, including
direct coordination with air traffic control, airfield management, and base operations.
Appointed as Company First Sergeant and Battalion Sergeant Major for Human Resources functions.
Execute the collateral billets of command physical training representative and assistant commandant
supervising all billeting, facilities, security, and all other camp related activities.
