A highly adaptable, proactive and self-motivated individual that was working as a supervisor / 
manager in a warehouse environment and has developed a broad skill set over 13 years in the British 
Army. Being responsible for in excess of several million pounds worth of specialist equipment ranging 
from Bowman radios to the regimental equipment and vehicles, with secondary duties to teach first 
aid and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) skills within the regiment. Currently 
employed as a Class 1 driver based out of Norwich. Able to work quickly and accurately under

with any situation that may arise, due to having an excellent ability to adapt to changing

that focus (while remaining on the task at hand) has not been clouded by the 
indented overarching business strategy and as such structuring his and others work

▪ Advising senior personnel on any change of his responsibilities, in order to keep up

understandable, calm, empathetic and reassuring that provides the complainant with
