Staff, G-4 (Logistics), Army Headquarters, the Pentagon. Produces various products for internal and external

• Deployed the organization to Kuwait and Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In less than 30 days,
organized a force of over 1200 Soldiers and Airmen from multiple Active, Reserve and National Guard units into a
cohesive team. Under austere conditions, provided premiere line haul trucking, distribution management, and in-
transit visibility. Identified as the best battalion commander at all supervisory levels.

• Supervised the supply and distribution operation spanning the countries of Kuwait and Iraq which, in only 15
months, drove over 35 million miles, delivering millions of tons of time sensitive cargo and equipment supporting
the rotations of over 200,000 military and civilian personnel. 20% more production and efficient delivery than
previous rotation units, met or exceeded all customer expectations and requirements.
• Executed and led a $100 million program, leading an integrated team of over 300 contracted civilian ammunition
specialists and laborers and secured by Soldiers and Airmen as they traversed Iraq under combat conditions.
Increased ammunition distribution productivity and recover efficiency by 30%.
• Overhauled maintenance and storage facilities, centralizing operating and service related missions, completed on
time and on budget ($2M project). Through a teamwork focused initiative, increased the operational readiness rate
of a fleet of over 1000 trucks from 91% to 97% through aggressive management of repair parts, tracking of more
relevant metrics, implementation of numerous team bonding and training events, increased personal accountability,

Reserve and National Guard units into a cohesive team. Provided premiere theater wide support, under hostile
conditions, of line haul trucking, distribution management, in-transit visibility, and watercraft and seaport
operations. Rated in the top 2% of peers.
• With over 3200 organic and 2500 contracted trucks, operated the supply and distribution mission spanning the
countries of Kuwait and Iraq which, in only 12 months, drove over 42 million miles, delivering millions of tons of
time sensitive cargo and equipment. Meeting or exceeding 100% of customer requirements, increased convoy
productivity by 20% and efficiency by 30%.
• Established and led six world-class convoy support centers at strategic locations throughout Iraq. These centers were
the keystone for maintaining proactive control of as many as 85 separate convoys operating in Iraq on any given day.
United States Transportation Command Scott Air Force Base, IL
Executive Officer to the J3 Operations Officer 2002-2004
• Administrative assistant and advisor to the Operations Officer (Major General) of a world class organization of over
30,000 employees worldwide with a budget in excess of $20 billion. The command operates all strategic air and sea
ports, worldwide and is the Department of Defense’s Distribution Process Owner. By name selected for the

• Provided resource allocation and staff support for the development of strategic initiatives and all-encompassing
