• Supervised the supply and distribution operation spanning the countries of Kuwait and Iraq which, in only 15
months, drove over 35 million miles, delivering millions of tons of time sensitive cargo and equipment supporting
the rotations of over 200,000 military and civilian personnel. 20% more production and efficient delivery than
previous rotation units, met or exceeded all customer expectations and requirements.
• Executed and led a $100 million program, leading an integrated team of over 300 contracted civilian ammunition
specialists and laborers and secured by Soldiers and Airmen as they traversed Iraq under combat conditions.
Increased ammunition distribution productivity and recover efficiency by 30%.
• Overhauled maintenance and storage facilities, centralizing operating and service related missions, completed on

• With over 3200 organic and 2500 contracted trucks, operated the supply and distribution mission spanning the
countries of Kuwait and Iraq which, in only 12 months, drove over 42 million miles, delivering millions of tons of
time sensitive cargo and equipment. Meeting or exceeding 100% of customer requirements, increased convoy
productivity by 20% and efficiency by 30%.
• Established and led six world-class convoy support centers at strategic locations throughout Iraq. These centers were
the keystone for maintaining proactive control of as many as 85 separate convoys operating in Iraq on any given day.
United States Transportation Command Scott Air Force Base, IL
Executive Officer to the J3 Operations Officer 2002-2004
• Administrative assistant and advisor to the Operations Officer (Major General) of a world class organization of over
30,000 employees worldwide with a budget in excess of $20 billion. The command operates all strategic air and sea
