Participants will leave with key learnings and action items accumulated in almost two decades of experience (from both success and failure) that they can apply tomorrow in their different learning environments. Insights from the application of these principles, as well as some of the pitfalls to avoid, will empower the attendees to be one step ahead when creating gamification for short term engagement in learning programs.
