With this job I started as a sales advisor then progressed to assistant manager within the 1st 18
months. A year later I became manager until I left in 2012. My main responsibilities were reaching
the KPI's of the branch set by head office and exceeding them. I.E Sales Targets, Stock control,
Health & safety targets, Customer account numbers, Margin and gross profit increase. Also to
ensure continuity and happiness of staff under my charge. During my tenure here we were one of
the largest branches in the country turning over £2 million worth of spares and controls to the
trade, retail and councils we serviced. Also with a very healthy margin achieved on a yearly basis.
When I left parts center my position was Assistant Network Manager, which meant I looked after
10 different branches in the Wolverhampton Network for the parts center brand.

I was approached by this employer to set up a new spares branch after my recent success in my
previous role at parts Center Dudley.
My main responsibilities were, customer service, customer account growth, customer account

In September 2015, I set my own business up with a silent business partner and have been
trading until the current date. All responsibilities are mine on a daily basis.

Personal Profile
I would consider myself to be a self motivated individual who wants to challenge himself on a
daily basis. I am also very much a team person and can organise a large or small number of
people to achieve what is required of me and the team I work with.
I would also consider myself to be hard working, conscientious, punctual and highly reliable.
I believe these qualities are important in life and set the standards for myself very high and
continually strive to maintain them.
