Corporate Senior Recruiter--Human Resources
• Provided on-going talent acquisition and recruitment support for current lines of business in Florida, Louisiana,
South Carolina, and Pennsylvania, as well as, expanding lines of business throughout the country.
• Supported new business expansion recruitment for the State of Iowa’s Medicaid transition from a state run
system to a Managed Care format. Our team recruited and filled over 250 positions in order to meet the “go
live” dates set by CMS and the State of Iowa.
• Supplied corporate talent and acquisition support for our PBM’s new Specialty Pharmacy in Orlando, Florida.
• Supported recruiting, staffing and interviewing for Jacksonville Operations Service Center start-up. The Service
Center required the hiring of approximately 200 new employees over a six month period of time.
• Supported a Managed Care start-up partnership with Florida Blue by providing staffing, recruitment and HR
generalist services to Florida True Health executive management and staff.

• Managed a team of Executive Healthcare Recruiters for a national Healthcare Recruitment firm. Averaged
$200K in personal billings and collections 2007 to 2009. Team collected over $700,000 annually over the same
period.
• Developed marketing strategy, set individual and team goals and built client relationships, managed inter agency
contracts and negotiated contracts and fee agreements.
• Total Collections in excess of $1,000,000 for the period of March 2006 to February 2012.

Vice President of Programs
• Managed staff of 26 in support of large non-profit agency’s annual growth goal of increasing children served by
25%. Reached 65% of goal completion at mid-year. Increased Mentor growth by 16%.
• Improved organizational effectiveness by analyzing agency culture and implementing a well-known experimental-
based Teamwork intervention that developed a strategic plan for employees to be involved in the improvement of the
organizations effectiveness.
• Streamlined Customer Service Unit to increase intake to process volunteers more timely. Improved the recruitment

Organizational Development & Learning Consultant, HR Director
• Achieved an estimated $150,000 in annual savings by implementing claims improvement team recommendations to in a
managed health care service company of over 9,000 employees.
• Lead consultant on the 2002 & 2003 Workplace Survey and subsequent action planning efforts. This work set the
direction of the unit’s Organizational Effectiveness and training goals.
• Facilitated improvement teams that identified improvements that represented more than $4M in annualized savings,

Director. Supported numerous projects to improve human resource retention, recruitment and improvements that

budget of $1 million for the delivery and administration of the staff training and development systems.
• Managed the identification of and assessment of internal training capability and resource availability that
identified the need for additional resources to expand training to meet employees’ needs.
• Supervised an instructional system design process that produced instructor led computer based training courses
that saved $51,000 in program costs.

• Learning and Development consultant for the City of Tallahassee. Built inter-departmental coalitions to
