FOR YOUR MEDIA PRODUCT?
The magazine targets the market
demographic as it includes mature artists
and therefore is relevant to the 16 + age
group.
It features female and male artists so
appeals to both genres. It is open to every
ethnicity as it does not favor one in particular.
It is open to all classes, but as it is an
alternative magazine, it stereotypically has
artists from a lower/middle class background.
3. It appeals to all sexualities and does not
discriminate.
The ideal readership profile for my magazine
is an audience between ages 16 and over,
both genders and every ethnicity.
4. The consumer profile for my magazine are
the audience that watch Kerrang! TV or MTV
or RockTelevision.
They would most likely listen to Kerrang!
Radio and Planet Rock Radio stations.
They would read music magazines such as
NME, Kerrang!, Q, Mojo or ArtRocker
5. Kerrang! TV covers the more mainstream
side of the rock music as well as classic
rock bands like Aerosmith and AC/DC, and
classic heavy metal bands such as Guns N'
Roses.
Kerrang! radio plays sequences of rock
and alternative music.
