 Managed iLAB US Technical Services team, implementing processes, policies, projects and tools for the

 Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT): Designed and presented training and
supporting documents for: Business Analysis techniques, requirements extract, test
requirement generation, test design techniques, Bugzilla use and administration; supported
use of these tools and techniques on-site; other Business Analysis work (use cases, user stories,
storyboarding
 Indiana Health Information Exchange (IHIE): Test planning, load test execution, test
documentation
 Indiana Public Employee Retirement System and Department of Workforce Development:
Managed QA teams, monitored and reported progress of work items into and out of QA, led
and attended defect reviews and team meetings, administered Bugzilla system, designed,
implemented, distributed, and enforced Bugzilla Process document
 NAPA Balkamp: Developed new workflow process for work tasks in the IT organization,

 Write and maintain Online Help for Web-based software, upload and publish help on the Help
