Responsible for monitoring and reporting/trouble shooting all kind of production issues in Application Feed
processing.
Ensuring all the infrastructure for feed processing is up and running fine.
Following up with respective application team in case of any feed issue.
Prepare and send the UT and Non UT Feed reports to the higher management on daily, weekly and monthly
basis.
Work with development team for any permanent fix on the feed processing.
Follow ITIL process to ensure the BAU.

Job Description:
Our responsibility is to resolve the issues on the production environment for the apple the R&D (Research and
Development) and DS (Directory Services) applications.
Support Tool: Espresso.
Espresso is the tool where all issues are tracked.
The tool has the connectivity to all the applications, whenever the application functionality goes wrong auto tickets will
be raised to notify us.
Issues will be created in the form of Tickets (User and Autosys Tickets), Service Request or Change Request in

CR will be raised when there is a need for a small change in the source code to resolve the issue. (Long term fix).
Responsibilities:
Responsible to monitor all kind of issues escalated to APS RDIST (Apple Production Support RandD IS&T)
SUPPORT group.
Responding and Resolution to the issues are key area for SLA.
Follow the process of ITIL to fix any issue in production.
Have the Responsible to interact with the other support groups or development teams if the issues are related with
them.
Have to work on priority basis, P0 needs to be resolved in an hour, and P1 needs to be resolved in 3 hours.
If necessary need to contact end-users to get the required information to resolve the issue.
We have to resolve job failure, port failure, deadlock issues while transferring the files, clearing the backlogs in
emaileventqueue, recycling the servers, file import failure, reduce the quota utilization, file utilization, CPU utilization
etc.
Monitor autosys jobs, creating jil and config files to create autosys jobs etc.
Have to monitor the servers during the Down time and have to intimate onsite team if anything goes wrong.
