Consultant in Hot Springs, AR then transferred to a different department after relocating here to Dothan.

lead the team and reduce costs/spending in a partnership with the managing DVM lead the hospital to record breaking

• In charge of Human Resources on the hospital level including recruiting, employee relations (scheduling, salary
increases,benefits, bonuses, training, progressive counseling), processing employment termination, payroll.
