I am a reliable, trustworthy and honest worker with 15 years experience in the Tourism industry. I
always maintain a professional, pleasant and honest attitude to all aspects of daily tasks and
responsibilities. I have excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients, using all
mediums. I am a person who can change and adapt as I am very much and individual but I can also
work in a team environment. I am hard working, mature, well organised and motivated and these

I have extensive experience in hotel revenue management at senior management level and am
seeking the next step in my career path to further expand and apply my vast knowledge of the

Set up the distribution and launch of a new CBD hotel following the
Christchurch earthquake.
Managed the revenue structure and distribution details for the
acquisition of new Wellington CBD hotel and re-alignment of the
hotel onto Rydges Hotels & Resorts platforms and distribution fields.
Implemented national and regional yield strategies across six New

Implemented yield strategy techniques to maximise revenue across six New
Zealand hotels by managing the mix of business, price, inventory and
distribution.
Ensure alignment through internal department strategies including but not
limited to; Revenue Management/Sales/Conference and Social Media.
Lead and manage the hotel level revenue managers across six New Zealand
hotels whilst supporting with reservation management practices and data
integrity
Maintained, improved and oversee hotel pick up/rate shopping and
Forecasting tools. Using these key tools to implement strategies to maximise
yield, set up promotional opportunities and increase hotel exposure.
Manage rate solicitation, allotment and availability contracting process with
the General Managers.
Update all distribution channels to reflect revenue plans, ensuing rate parity

Seek out and recommend promotional opportunities through hotel direct
webistes and Online Travel Agencies taking into account seasonal
