disbursement of salary & wages, Full & final settlement.
General Administration, Welfare & Safety:
 Monitoring & controlling all administration related activities of plant including housekeeping,
plant security, company’s transport, canteen, guest house, Medical Care Centre, Company
Colony management etc.
 To facilitate various insurance schemes like Medi- claim, group insurance etc.
 To monitor implementation of employee’s safety measures as well as safety of plant viz
periodical testing of all the equipment’s/machineries; periodical medical check-up of
employees; awareness programme for health, safety & Environment (HSE); proper
utilisation of safety devices like Helmet, Safety Goggles, Safety Belt, Dangri, mask,
safety Shoe, Gloves etc. at work place.

Manager-Personnel & Administration(Head –P & A) . The plant has
