TO THE HRM DEPARTMENT
Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter serves as an expression of my interest in joining your organisation in a customer service,
marketing or operations position that best suits my qualification and experience. I believe that I have the
requisite knowledge and experience to provide effective operational and strategic support to your
winning team in a project or supervisory management capacity.
I have over twenty one (21) years of experience and in these functions, I have acquired experiences in
numerous areas, as listed on my attached resume. I have also honed the ability to perform assigned
duties with deliberate speed and accuracy, without immediate and constant supervision. My experiences
have afforded me the ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing scope of authority when dealing
with confidential information. I am in the process of pursuing a master’s degree and have acquired a
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Technology, Jamaica. Additionally, I
have also sought to participate in short courses with the aim of developing specific skills.
It is my belief that I have the appropriate combination of academic qualifications, technical administrative
competencies, management skills and practical proficiency in Microsoft and web-based applications,
which will add value to your organization both within and outside of the scope of my assigned position.
Further details of my academic abilities, work experiences, competencies and other achievements are
detailed on my attached resume and my LinkedIn profile (http://jm.linkedin.com/in/sandycmoore). I can
be contacted at (876) 352-1586. I look forward to having further dialogue with you regarding possible
collaboration opportunities.
Yours truly,
