The Human Resources (HR) Module covers the processes linked to managing a
team of co-workers. Most important feature here is processing the payroll by
using Payroll Entry to generate Salary Slips, and maintains a complete employee
database including contact information, salary details, attendance, performance
evaluation, and appraisal records.

and competency evaluation.
Appraisal Reports :gives a manager an intuitive interface to view past
appraisal records of all his employees through comprehensive appraisal
reports.
Review Appraisals :employee to review corresponding appraisal reports
containing employee ratings, as well as manager ratings,
