3. 13% (26) HAD THREE SEPARATE ROOTS (FIGURE 3)
4. 7% (14) HAD FOUR SEPARATE ROOTS (FIGURE 4)

• IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO STUDY THE VARIATION IN THE MORPHOLOGY OF THE
ROOT CANAL AS IT HELPS IN SUCCESFULLY EXTRACTION OF THE TOOTH .
• A STUDY WAS PERFORMED ON116 MOLAR AND AS A RESULT THEY ARRANGED THE
NUMBER OF THE ROOT CANALS FROM THE MOST TO THE LEAST COMMON :-
1. 3 ROOT CANALS(37.9%)
2. 4 ROOT CANALS(24.1%)
3. 1ROOT CANAL(19%)
4. 5 ROOT CANALS (3.4%)
