2. Introduction:
• The main aim of the notice is to locate all college events like
international conference , workshop and other college events.
• The design is done in such a way that the system is less in space.
• This digital project is design to develop a pc controlled scrolling
message display notice board.
• This system can be implemented in many important places where
latest information can be displayed.
• For example if implemented in colleges all information for students
and college management to display any information and it also
provides greater speed and reduced time consumption.

8. MICROCONTROLLER AT89S52
• It is a low power and high performanceCMOS 8 bit microcontroller
with 8k bytes of programmable flash memory
• The device is manufactured using non volatile memory technology.
• The one chip flash allows the program memory to be reprogrammed
in system.
• By combine the versatile 8 bit CPU with in system programmable
flash on a monolithic chip.
10. FEATURES
• 4.0V to 5.5V Operating range.
• 256 x 8 bit internal RAM.
• 32 programmable I/O Lines.
• Fully static operation : 0HZ to 33HZ.
• The idle mode stops the CPU while allowing the RAM.
11. GSM MODEM
• A GSM MODEM IS AWIRELESS MODEM.
• It works with a wireless network connection.
• The GSM Modem comes with a serial interface which the modem can
be controlled using AT command interface.
• It supports the data transfer and together with the transmission of
SMS .
12. MAX 232:
• It is an integrated circuit that coverts signals from a RS 232 serial port
to signal suitable for use inTTL compatible digital logic.

• Using the GSM based system it offers flexibility to display the events
about the conference and other workshop in other colleges.
• Display devices can be setup at various places in the campus.
• It is very less cost in market.
• It is enough to design in a les s space.
• The information that we will get very fast.
